Sharesource
The Sharesource Remote Patient Management (RPM) platform supports our Automated Peritoneal Dialysis (APD) systems.
Sharesource Remote Patient Management: Keeping You Connected
Sharesource is a two-way remote patient management platform that helps you stay connected with your healthcare team.
At the end of each therapy, treatment data is automatically collected from your Baxter automated peritoneal dialysis system and transmitted to your healthcare team, allowing them to remotely monitor your therapy from the clinic. Changes made by your healthcare team are transmitted to your device. You can accept the changes by following the prompts on the screen. The ability to optimize your therapy in a timely manner may reduce the number of visits you need to make to the clinic.
Sharesource has already helped healthcare teams remotely manage more than 9.5 million home peritoneal dialysis (PD) treatments in the US.1

"My favorite part of the system [APD system with Sharesource] is its remote connectivity feature, because I know my nurse can see how my treatments are going and call if something doesn't look right."
